Did you know the City of Napa has a Down Payment Assistance Program available for first time home buyers? Workshops are held regularly to educate first time home buyers on the home buying and mortgage loan process and to inform them about the City’s Down Payment Assistance program eligibility criteria. The next workshop June 17th, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 955 School Street. To register call Andrea Clark at 707-257-9254 or email aclark@cityofnapa.org.
